  • Tip 2: Do not season the tomato sauce too much to preserve the tomato flavor.

Ingredients :

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 bar(s) perennial celery
  • 1 onion
  • 5 dried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp light balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 packs yes! Passed tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 500 g Spaghetti

Preparation :

  1. Peel and wash carrots. Clean and wash celery. Peel the onion. Cut prepared vegetables into fine cubes. Cut dried tomatoes into strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add vegetable cubes and tomato strips in it. Wipe off with balsamic. Stir in the sugar and add the tomatoes. Add the bay leaf and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Prepare spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the instructions. Drain and drain. Mix the pasta and tomato sauce, arrange on plates.
