Ingredients :

  • 250 g yellow and red cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 150 g halloumi
  • 1.5 stalks basil
  • 0.5 shallot
  • 0.25 Organic Lemon
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp pesto Alla Genovese
  • black pepper
  • Salt
  • Baguette

Preparation :

Ingredients :

  • 250 g yellow and red cocktail tomatoes  
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil •
  • 150 g halloumi
Wash the tomatoes and roast in 1 tbsp oil in a grill pan for 2-3 minutes. Cut the halloumi into cubes and also roast in 1 tbsp oil golden brown.

Ingredients :

  • 1.5 stalks of basil 
  • 0.5 shallot 
  • 0.25 organic lemon 
  • 50 g baby spinach
Wash the basil and roughly chop it. Peel shallot simmer and cut into rings. Wash the lemon, tear the zest into zests and squeeze out the juice. Wash baby spinach and hurl it dry.

Ingredients :

  • 1 tbsp olive oil  
  • 1 tsp pesto Alla Genovese 
  • black pepper 
  • salt
Mix halloumi, tomatoes, shallot, basil, and baby spinach. Mix the olive oil, lemon zest, and juice with pesto to dressing and add. Season with pepper and salt.

Ingredients :

  • Baguette
Serve with baguette.
