Ingredients :

For 4 portions

  • 200 g sugar pods
  • 600 g cherry tomatoes
  • 400 g whole grain spaghetti
  • Salt, pepper
  • 600 g salmon fillets, (without skin and bones)
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 150 ml vermouth, (dry)

Preparation :

  1. Brush the sugar pods and halve them lengthways. Halve tomatoes. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Add sugar pods 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  2. Cut salmon into cubes, shallots into fine rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the salmon all around and remove it from the pan. Put shallots in the pan and steam softly. Add the tomatoes and fry briefly and vigorously. Wipe off with vermouth and bring to the boil in half.
  3. Return the salmon to the pan. Drain the pasta, absorbing 50-100 ml of pasta water. Add the pasta and pasta water to the salmon and gently undercut. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
