Spaghetti Bolognese |
Ingredients :

- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 4 tbsp olive oil, hot
- Salt, pepper
- 0.5 Tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 125 ml red wine
- 2 cans of tomatoes, chunky, (400 g capacity)
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt, pepper
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 100 g Italian hard cheese, grated (e.g. Grana Padano)
- 4 tsp slick parsley, chopped

Preparation :
- Finely chop 2 onions. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic. Fry 500 g mixed chop in 4 tbsp hot olive oil crumbly and brown. Fry the onions and garlic for a short time. Season with salt, pepper, and 1/2 tsp sugar. 2 tbsp tomato paste and toast briefly. Drain with 125 ml of red wine and let it boil almost completely.
- Add 2 cans of chunky tomatoes (400 g of filling) and 100 ml of water, add 2 bay leaves, season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and half-covered with mild to medium. Simmer for 1 hour. Stir several times. Possibly season.
- Cook 400 g spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and arrange with the bolognese. With 100 g grated ital. Serve hard cheese (e.g. Grana Padano) and sprinkled with 4 tbsp chopped smooth parsley.
Tip: You can also cook the basic recipe for Bolognese (steps 1 and 2) in a relaxed way the day before.
