Ingredients
Dressing :
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Salad :
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
Instructions :
- To make the dressing, in a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- In a large serving bowl, combine the chicken, celery, red onion, and apple. Add the dressing and mix to combine.
